1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Furvey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Furvey is a pet health management application that helps you track vaccinations, medications, parasite treatments, weight, and general wellness information for your pets. Furvey also provides AI-powered features, including symptom analysis and drug interaction checking.

4. Subscriptions

Furvey offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) that unlock Pro features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription period if you cancel mid-cycle.

5. Apple's Standard Terms

These minimum terms apply as required by Apple for apps distributed on the App Store.

• This license is granted to you for use only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, or claims under consumer protection law.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
• You must comply with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. AI-Generated Content

Symptom analysis and drug interaction results are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furvey and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
