Delete Account & Data

1. Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your Furvey account and all associated data directly from the app:

• Open Furvey and go to Profile
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm when prompted

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account information, all pet profiles, vaccination and parasite treatment records, medication schedules and dose logs, vet appointment records and attached files, weight logs, health notes and photos, and your symptom/interaction check history.

This happens within 30 days of your request, and the action cannot be undone. Some health records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can still request deletion by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.
